Like much
of the population, Autumn is our favorite time of the year. The
humidity is slowly leaving the air and the days are perfect to be out
and about.
The school holidays are upon us and with Easter and
Anzac Day just around the corner there is plenty of opportunity for
family time in the sunshine.

THE BERRY INTERESTING PROPERTY REPORT
A handful of sales have started the Berry real estate market off for April. This includes two residential sales of homes in town, which has been a little slow to find its feet in recent times. Land sales are filtering through with one developer block selling this month.
In recent months, escarpment properties have been in favour with buyers. There have been several sales in the Wattamolla, Woodhill and Broughton Vale areas, with noticeably reduced time on the market in comparison to other Berry areas. Sold properties ranged from small acreage lifestyle to larger rainforest tracts. The wonderful escarpment views and outstanding creek systems certainly seem to be a drawcard for people seeking the Berry lifestyle.
