December 2019 Newsletter

What a busy time of the year the lead up to Christmas is! It seems we all want to get our mental ‘to do’ list ticked off before the end of the year. Perhaps this is being compounded by the fact we are reaching the end of a decade as we say goodbye to 2019 and hello to 2020.

I was discussing the market with one local conveyancer this week who was in the middle of exchanging or settling just under 40 properties this week! Luckily, our local legal people will be taking a well-earned break over the Festive Season to recharge, ready to return in January to get into the swing.

As agents, we usually slide into a quieter time over the holidays. Our office will be officially closed between Christmas and New Year however we are available to show properties or discuss projects or the market in general should you wish to get in touch.

MARKET UPDATE

This past quarter has seen 30 sales since the 1st October to current. These sales are spread fairly evenly with land, small and large acreage properties seeing good results.

SOLD!! 32 WALSH CRESCENT, NORTH NOWRA

We were thrilled that this beautifully presented North Nowra gem was snapped up with only 22 days on the market. Congratulations to the vendors and buyer on this great sale.
