MARKET OVERVIEW

According to Property Investment Professionals of Australia, 82 percent of investors view now as a good time to buy residential property. There are also increases in the median home value of property in the nations capital cities. 

Berry, in previous times, has not been on the radar for investors, with more purchasers moving to Berry for the lifestyle. However, Huntingdale Park amid other proposed developments have changed the face of Berry. It has offered first home buyers a chance to buy land and build their dream home and also caught the attention of savvy investors finding reasonable rental returns on low maintenance homes. The commercial property sector has, and always will be strong. 

But what does that mean for Berry? As we have seen over the past several years, when the market bubbles in Sydney, it inevitably runs south to our lovely South Coast. So if now is seen as a lull in the market overall, it could mean that now is a good time to invest for a return and your ultimate lifestyle.
